MediFinder India is a technology-driven healthcare and fast-delivery platform, established in 2026, with a simple mission: to make essential medicines, healthcare products and healthcare services available to people faster, safer and more conveniently.
We believe that when someone needs a medicine, a diagnostic test, a healthcare instrument, a nurse or an emergency-related service, finding the right service should not be unnecessarily difficult or time-consuming. That is why we are building MediFinder India.

Rejoyan Sarkar
FounderMediFinder India was founded by Rejoyan Sarkar in 2026 and is being developed as an early-stage digital healthcare and service platform.
MediFinder India is a platform that connects customers with licensed medicine shops, pharmacies, healthcare service providers and delivery partners. We do not operate our own medicine shop or pharmacy. Instead, we bring legally licensed and verified medicine shops onto our platform so that they can reach more customers and provide faster service.
Our goal is to create a strong connection between:
Many medicine shops already have the medicines customers need, but customers may not know which shop has it, whether it's available, or how quickly it can reach them. MediFinder India solves this connectivity problem — helping participating pharmacies reach more customers, increase sales opportunities and build a stronger digital presence.
Speed is important in healthcare, but it must never come at the cost of safety or legal compliance. For prescription-controlled medicines, the relevant licensed pharmacy is responsible for verifying the prescription before dispensing. Our delivery network transports medicines and other permitted products securely and responsibly.
MediFinder India does not support illegal medicine sales, fake or fraudulent prescriptions, unauthorized pharmaceutical distribution, counterfeit medicines, medicine tampering, illegal drug trafficking, or any other unlawful activity. We work only with licensed and legally authorized pharmacies and service providers.
To build a trusted healthcare-access network where people can discover Medicine + Pharmacy + Lab Test + Healthcare Instrument + Baby Care + Nurse + Ambulance + other healthcare services from one convenient digital platform, subject to availability in their location.

1Scope
This Policy applies to payments and transactions processed through MediFinder India or its authorized payment partners. Because MediFinder India operates as an intermediary, the availability of a refund may depend upon whether the payment relates to a Platform service, Merchant transaction or another third-party service.
2Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment gateways. Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information. Payment authorization may be declined or reversed by the relevant payment provider.
3Medicine Order Cancellation
An order may be cancelled where medicine is unavailable, the Merchant cannot fulfil the order, required prescription verification fails, the customer requests cancellation, payment fails, delivery cannot reasonably be completed, the transaction is prohibited by applicable law, or other operational/regulatory circumstances prevent fulfilment.
4Merchant Cancellation
A Merchant may reject or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, inventory information was inaccurate, prescription requirements are not satisfied, the requested medicine cannot legally be dispensed, the pharmacist cannot lawfully fulfil the request, or other legitimate operational reasons apply.
5Delivery Cancellation
A delivery may be cancelled due to incorrect delivery information, customer unavailability, unsafe delivery conditions, vehicle or transportation problems, weather or traffic conditions, regulatory restrictions, Merchant cancellation, or other circumstances beyond reasonable operational control.
6Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered where payment was successfully collected but the order could not be fulfilled, the same transaction was charged more than once, a transaction was cancelled and is eligible for refund, a payment error is verified, or another refund right exists under applicable law or the relevant transaction terms.
7Non-Refundable Situations
A refund may not be available where the customer voluntarily cancels after fulfilment has materially commenced, the customer provides incorrect information causing failed delivery, the transaction has been successfully fulfilled, a Merchant has lawfully dispensed a medicine pursuant to a valid transaction, or the issue is caused by circumstances attributable to the customer. Any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
8Refund Request Period
Disputes relating to digital Platform payments should be raised with support within 48 hours of the transaction. Statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be restricted remain unaffected.
9Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be returned through the original payment method. Approved refunds may take approximately 7–10 working banking days, depending upon the payment provider and banking system. Actual processing time may vary.
10Duplicate Payments
If a Customer is charged twice for the same transaction and the duplicate charge is verified, the eligible duplicate amount may be refunded through the applicable payment channel.
11Failed Transactions
Where money is debited but the transaction is not successfully completed, the payment may be automatically reversed by the payment gateway or may require reconciliation. Customers should contact MediFinder India support if the amount is not restored within the applicable payment-provider timeframe.
12Cash on Delivery
Where Cash on Delivery is available, the Customer may be required to pay the applicable amount directly at the time of delivery. Cash collection must correspond to the amount communicated through the Platform/order process.
